Ingredients
- bean sprouts : 1 bag (200g)
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2
- 油揚げ : 3 small pieces
- Sesame oil (for frying) : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) roasted sesame : 大さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Vinegar : 1/2 tbsp

Procedure

heat the sprouts

Place the bean sprouts in a heat-resistant bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove plastic wrap, mix, pour into a colander, wash with water and drain. -

Cut the aburaage into bean sprout-sized pieces.
Put the sesame oil (for stir-frying) and the aburaage in a frying pan, and toss everything together.
Stir fry over medium heat to evaporate the water.
When it becomes light overall, turn off the heat and leave it as it is. -
