  • (A)旨み調味料 : 4振り
  • 卵黄 : 1個
  • 黒コショウ : 適量
  • 刻み海苔 : 適量
  • 小ねぎ : 適量
  • チャーシュー : 適量
  • メンマ : 適量
  • ラー油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 03:40

    にんにくは潰して皮を剝き、みじん切りにする。
    長ねぎもみじん切りにする。
    鍋に中華麺を茹でる湯を沸かしておく。

  2. 2) 香味油を作る 04:55

    フライパンに、ラードと1を入れ、中火で焦がすように炒める。
    焦げ色が付いたら器に移し、(A)を加えて混ぜる。

  3. 3) 中華麺を茹でる 07:38

    1で沸かした湯が沸騰したら、中華麺を入れて表示時間茹でる。

  4. 4) 器に盛り付けをする 09:31

    2の器に3の中華麺を入れ、香味油とよく絡める。
    メンマ、チャーシュー、卵黄、刻みのり、小ねぎを乗せ、黒コショウ、ごま油をかけて完成。
