- Somen : 2 bundles
- ちくわ : 1本
- きゅうり : 1/3本
- トマト : 1/2個
- みょうが : 1/2個
- 白ごま : 大さじ2
- (A) Udon soup base : 1袋
- (A) Boiling water : 200cc
- (A) Vinegar : 小さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
- (A) sugar : 小さじ2
- ごま油 : 適量

Put (A) in a bowl, mix, and cool in the freezer.

火を止めて1分置く。
湯切りして水洗いし、氷水(分量外)で締める。
ザルに取り出し、水を切って絞る。 -

Point
・It is a good idea to go to step 1 first and chill the soup thoroughly. If you don't have hot water, you can add (A) to the water and heat it in the microwave.

・In step 2, you can mash it in a mortar after roasting.
