  • ニラ : 1/4杷
  • 人参 : 適量
  • もやし : 1袋
  • 豚肉 : 300g
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)塩 : 3g
  • (A)おろしにんにく : 1片分
  • きくらげ : 10枚
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • おろし生姜 : 小さじ1
  • (B) Chinese soup base : 大さじ1
  • (B)ブラックペッパー : 3振り
  • 醤油 : 小さじ1
  • 一味唐辛子 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下ごしらえをする 02:00

    Cut the chives into 3-4cm pieces.
    Slice the carrots into thin strips.
    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl, then add (A) and rub together.

    Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat it.
    Add grated ginger.
    Add the pork and stir fry until cooked through.
    Add the carrots, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms and stir fry.
    Add (B) and stir fry.
    Add soy sauce and chives and stir fry until the chives are soft.

Point

・野菜は余っているものやお好みのものでよい。
・ニラは加熱しすぎると食感や色が悪くなるため、最後に軽く絡ませる程度に炒める。
・豚肉の部位はお好みのものでよい。
・豚肉に予め酒とにんにくを揉み込んでおくと臭みが消える。
・お好みでからしを添えてもおいしく食べられる。
