Point
・When you boil somen noodles that are not hand-rolled, adding vinegar makes the water acidic and makes the noodles firmer.
・Chill the somen well and squeeze out the excess water for a delicious finish.
・Mix the whole well before eating.
・You can add chili oil to change the taste.
