Add tomatoes and (A) and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add tomato juice, mix, bring to a boil, and remove.

Pour in the egg mixture and use a rubber spatula to stir from the outside to the inside about 10 times.
Add the tomatoes back in and stir 5-6 more times.
