- 中華麺 : 1人分
- (B) Boiled eggs : 1個
- (B) Char siu : 適量
- (B) Bamboo shoots : 適量
- (B) Frozen spinach : 少々
- Long green onion : 少々
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
- (A) Japanese-style granulated soup stock : 小さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 1/2 teaspoons
- (A) Salt : 小さじ1/5
- サラダ油 : 小さじ2
- 氷水 : 350ml

Procedure

Making the soup

Put (A) into a heat-resistant container and mix gently.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.
Transfer to a bowl, add ice water and mix well. -

長ネギを小口切りにする。

中華麺を茹でる

鍋にお湯(分量外)を沸騰させ、中華麺を入れて規定時間茹でる。
氷水(分量外)を用意する。
茹で上がった中華麺をザルにあけ、流水でよく洗ってぬめりを取る。
氷水に入れてよく冷やす。 -

盛り付ける

Add salad oil to 1 and mix, then add the Chinese noodles from 3 and mix well.
Top with (B) and green onions and it's done.
Point
・We use dried Chinese noodles that are boiled for 3 minutes.
・Boil water in advance.
- By heating the seasonings, the alcohol in the mirin evaporates and the powder dissolves well.
・You can use ingredients of your choice.
- You can easily make chilled ramen soup using granulated soup stock.
You can add vinegar to taste.
