  • ズッキーニ : 1本
  • 塩コショウ : 適量

Procedure

    ズッキーニをキッチンペーパーで挟んで水分を拭き取る。

  4. 4) 炒める 06:10

    フライパンを火にかけ、オリーブオイルを入れる。
    鶏もも肉の皮目を下にして並べ、空いたスペースにズッキーニを並べる。
    蓋をして2分間蒸し焼きにする。
    焼き色がついたらズッキーニと鶏もも肉を裏返し、蓋をせずに焼く。
    鶏もも肉に火が通ったら、油が多い場合はキッチンペーパーで拭き取る。
    (A)を加えて炒め、返しながら絡める。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 10:20

    全体に絡んだらお皿に盛り付け、タレを回しかけて完成。
