- トマト : 小2個(大1個)
- 生姜 : 1かけ
- (A) sugar : 大さじ1(10g)
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1(17g)
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2(34g)
- (A) Chicken stock base : 小さじ1(3g)
- 油 : 1 tsp
- 胡椒 : 適量
- 片栗粉 : 適量
- 塩 : 少々
- (B)油 : 適量
- (B)ごま油 : 適量

Remove the tomato stem and cut it into 8 pieces.
Sprinkle the pork belly with pepper and potato starch. -

Grate the ginger into a bowl.
Add (A) and mix. -

Heat a frying pan and add oil.
Add tomatoes and heat over high to medium heat, sprinkle with salt and grill one side.
Remove 2 tomatoes.
Wash the frying pan, remove the moisture, and put (B) on the fire.
Cut the pork belly with scissors and put it in the frying pan.
Spread the pork belly and add a brown color.
Wipe off the oil with kitchen paper.
Add the sauce and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add tomatoes and mix. -

Point
・Tomatoes that are dark in color and have fresh green stems are best.
・Pork ribs should be fatty.
