Cut the bitter gourd in half, remove the seeds and guts, and slice thinly.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Cut the carrot into strips with the skin on.
Drain the firm tofu.
Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. -

Point
・Firm tofu can be replaced with deep-fried tofu.
・You can substitute pork sesame meat with your favorite pork belly or spam.
・You can use metal chopsticks to scoop out the bitter gourd seeds and pulp from Step 1 and remove them.
・If you run out of oil in step 4, add more and fry.
