- 長芋 : 250g
- 青ネギ : 20g
- こめ油 : 小さじ1/2
- カレー粉 : 小さじ1

色が変わったら長芋とカレー粉を加えて炒める。
長芋が透き通ってきたら2を加えて約2分炒める。
青ネギを加えて炒め、青ネギが軟らかくなったら完成。
