フライパンにこめ油を入れて中火にかけ、豚ひき肉を入れて炒める。
色が変わったら長芋とカレー粉を加えて炒める。
長芋が透き通ってきたら2を加えて約2分炒める。
青ネギを加えて炒め、青ネギが軟らかくなったら完成。
