- (A) Powder agar : 4g
- (A) water : 150ml
- (B) sugar : 大さじ4
- (B) condensed milk : 大さじ2
- いちご : 適量
- みかん : 適量
- キウイ : 適量
- パイナップル : 適量

Cut the pineapple in half and remove the skin.
Remove hard parts and cut into 1 cm width.
Cut off the stem of the kiwi and remove the skin.
Cut into 1 cm wide rounds and cut in half again.
Cut off the stem of the strawberry and cut it in half. -

Put (A) in a pot and mix to dissolve the agar powder.
Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring.
Cook over low heat for 2 minutes while stirring.
Add (B) and bring to a boil again while stirring.
Turn off heat and add milk.
Heat while stirring until the skin of the pot comes to a boil. -

Remove from heat and chill in the freezer for 3 hours to harden. -

高さのある容器にぬるま湯(分量外)を入れ、4を容器のまま5~10秒ほど浸ける。
枠の部分にナイフを入れ、上下に揺らしながら型から取り出す。
お皿に盛って完成。
Point
・Use an ice bar mold of about 22 cm x 10 cm x 10 cm.
・ Describe the amount for 6 ice bars.
・Fruits can be substituted with your favorite ones.
・Use canned oranges. Other canned fruits can be substituted.
・Before using milk, return it to room temperature, or heat it in a 600W microwave for 1 minute before using.
・Mix in step 3 without foaming. Finally, taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
・If you have leftover milk agar, you can put fruit and milk agar in a silicon cup and chill it in the freezer to harden it, or you can chill it in the refrigerator and eat it as agar.
