  • chicken fillet : 5 (300g)
  • (A) Liquor : 大さじ1
  • (A) salt : 小さじ1/4

  • (B) Liquor : 大さじ2
  • (B) sugar : 大さじ1
  • (B) dashi stock : 小さじ1
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • おろしわさび : 小さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) prepare the chicken fillet 00:49

    Insert a knife diagonally into the chicken tenders and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
