Ingredients

  • コーヒー豆 : 60g
  • お湯 : 650ml
  • (A) Milk : 300ml
  • (A) Sweetened condensed milk : 20g
  • (A) Vanilla extract : 小さじ1
  • (A) Cane sugar : 30g
  • (A) Powdered agar : 5g
  • 牛乳 : 100ml
  • (B) Sugar : 30g
  • (B) Powdered agar : 5g

Procedure

  1. 1) Making Coffee 00:05

    Grind the coffee beans to your desired size, pour in hot water and brew about 600ml of hot coffee.

  2. 2) 寒天液を作る 01:38

    Put (A) in a pot and place over medium heat.
    Heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling.
    Once boiling, heat for 2 minutes.

  3. 3) 牛乳寒天液を作る 02:57

    牛乳に2を150g加えて混ぜる。

  4. 4) カフェオレ寒天液を作る 03:20

    1を100mlに2を150g加えて混ぜる。

  5. 5) Cool and harden the spherical agar 03:50

    容器を水(分量外)で濡らし、3と4をそれぞれ注ぐ。
    冷蔵庫で30分以上冷やし固める。

  6. 6) Making Coffee Agar Solution 05:00

    Combine 300ml of 1 and (B) in a saucepan and heat while stirring until boiling.
    Once boiling, heat for 2 minutes.
    Remove the pot from the heat and add 200ml of 1 and mix.

  7. 7) 形を整える 06:15

    5が固まったら、取り出してはみ出た部分を取り除いて形を整える。

  8. 8) 冷やし固める 07:30

    型の底を氷水(分量外)で冷やし、6を少量注いで冷やし固める。
    7を6個残して入れ、6を全て注ぎ入れる。
    ラップをして、冷蔵庫で1~2時間冷やす。

  9. 9) 盛り付ける 08:55

    お皿に裏返して盛り付け、残しておいた7を上にトッピングしたら完成。
