- 長ネギ : 5cm
- 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1/2
- 醤油 : 小さじ1
- すりごま : 小さじ1/2
- ラー油 : 少々

Make diagonal cuts in the cucumber at 5mm to 1cm intervals. -

Add cucumber and mix.
Put in the refrigerator. -

きゅうりの先端を切ってお皿に盛る。
ポリ袋に残った調味料をかける。
すりごま、長ネギ、ラー油をかけて完成。
Point
・Amount for one bottle.
・Use the white part of the green onion.
・Remove the stem of the cucumber beforehand.
・When making cuts in the cucumber, hold the knife diagonally and turn the cucumber.
・If you cool the cucumber with the seasoning, the flavor will soak in.
