  • Pork minced meat : 200g
  • (A)Miso : 大さじ2
  • (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ2と1/2
  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1

  • (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り

  • Sesame oil (for cabbage) : 小さじ1と1/2
  • 片栗粉 : 小さじ1
  • Sesame oil (for frying) : 小さじ1と1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) pickle 02:01

    Put the pork in a bowl and add (A).
    Peel the skin and add the grated garlic and rub it in.

    Shred the cabbage in another bowl.
    Add sesame oil (for cabbage), cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds.
    Remove the plastic wrap, add salt and pepper (not listed) and potato starch, and mix until incorporated.
