Point
・Use deep-fried tofu that is hollow inside.
・You can use natto instead of steamed beans.
・In the video, a square piece of fried tofu is used, but if you use a rectangular piece of fried tofu, cut 3 pieces in half.
・Make a few millimeters of cuts on both sides of the fried tofu to prevent it from tearing when you turn it over.
・When flipping the fried tofu, it is best to put the corner inside.
-If you don't have toothpicks, you can use pasta instead.
