- bean sprouts : 1 bag
- 豚肉 : 100g
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Potato starch : 大さじ1
- (B) Dashi powder : 小さじ1
- (B) Ginger juice : 小さじ1
- 水 : 150cc
- ごま油 : 適量

Cut the pork into thin strips.
Add (A) to a container and mix.
Add (B) and mix to make bekkoan. -

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add rice oil (not listed).
Add pork and fry.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry some more.
Stir the bekkoan from step 1, then add it and mix quickly with the ingredients. -

Point
・For pork, you can use pork sesame or minced meat.
-Mung bean sprouts are used in the video, but you can use your favorite bean sprouts.
- Dashi powder may be substituted with powdered dashi or granulated dashi.

・You can also eat it on top of brown rice.
