Ingredients
- Powdered gelatin : 5g
- 冷水 : 30g
- (A)グラニュー糖 : 20g
- (A)無糖ヨーグルト : 200g
- (B)牛乳 : 300ml
- (B)グラニュー糖 : 30g
- (C)冷凍マンゴー : 100g
- (C)グラニュー糖 : 10g
- (C)レモン汁 : 小さじ1
- (D)コーンスターチ : 3g
- (D)水 : 大さじ1

Procedure

Make the pudding batter

Sprinkle gelatin powder into cold water to soften.
Add (A) to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Put (B) in a pot and heat until it reaches 60 degrees.
Add the softened powdered gelatin to (B) and dissolve.
Place (B) in ice water (not included in the recipe) and cool until it reaches 25 degrees.
Add to (A) and mix. -

Put 1 into a container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until solidified.

Make the mango sauce

Add (C) to the pot and mix.
Add (D) to a container and mix.
Heat (C) and add (D) and mix.
Remove the pan from the heat, stir and cool. -
