  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ4
  • (A) Salt : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Making Sushi Vinegar 01:40

    Add (A) to a container and mix well to dissolve.

  2. 2) Marinating bonito sashimi 03:00

    Cut the bonito sashimi into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a bowl.
    Add soy sauce and stir gently to combine.

    生姜を千切りにする。
    ミョウガ、長ネギ、大葉を細かく刻む。

    温かいご飯を大きめのボウルに入れ、すし酢を回しかける。
    しゃもじで切るように手早く混ぜ、5分置いて馴染ませる。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 06:53

    4に2を加えて混ぜる。
    丼に盛り付け、3、刻みのり、白ごまを乗せたら完成。
