- (A) Soy sauce : 60㏄
- (A) Alcohol : 60㏄
- (A)Mirin : 60㏄
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ2
- ご飯 : 適量
- 卵黄 : お好み
- 紅生姜 : 適量
- 万能ネギ : 適量

                        Thinly slice the garlic and onion. 
 Slice the ginger into 3-4 slices with the skin on, then cut into thin slices.

 Once browned, remove from the frying pan.

 Return the beef to the frying pan and simmer for 3 minutes until the broth has reduced by about 20%.
