- Japanese white radish : 1/3 bottle
- ひき肉 : 200g
- 万能ねぎ : 適量
- 油 : 大さじ1
- grated garlic : 小さじ1
- Grated ginger : 小さじ1
- 豆板醤 : 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
- 甜麺醤 : 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
- 水 : 250cc
- 中華スープの素 : 小さじ1
- 料理酒 : 大さじ1
- 醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1と1/2
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- ごま油またはラー油 : 適量

Peel the daikon radish, cut it into quarters lengthwise, and then cut it into 2-3 mm wide pieces.
Place in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle with water (not listed), cover, and heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes. -

Make mapo sauce

Heat oil in a frying pan, add minced meat and fry.
Add grated garlic and grated ginger and stir.
Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, then add the bean sauce and sweet noodle sauce to bring out the aroma. -

Stir-fry until the radish is coated with the minced meat oil, then add water.
Add Chinese soup base, cooking wine, and soy sauce.
Finally, add sugar, taste and adjust.

Turn the heat down to low and stir in the water-dissolved potato starch.
Increase heat to high and thicken.
Sprinkle with sesame oil or chili oil. -

Point
-If you don't like spicy food, add sesame oil, or if you want it spicy, add chili oil to suit your taste.
・If you like, add some pepper to the finish to create a mapo-like aroma.
- Adding sugar at the end will make the taste mellower.
・By heating the daikon radish in the microwave and then combining it with the mapo sauce, the flavor will absorb more easily and save time.
- Add the potato starch dissolved in water and once it thickens, turn the heat to high and cook thoroughly to stabilize the thickness.
