Cut off the top and root of the new onion and peel it.
Cut into 4-5 equal thickness rounds.
Sprinkle flour and salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk.

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and spread it evenly with kitchen paper.
Dip the spring onions into the egg mixture and place in the frying pan.
Add more egg mixture to the parts of the bread that have been peeled off, and cook, flipping the bread over, until the egg on both sides is set.
Add water, cover and steam for a few minutes until cooked through.
