Prepare the carrots

Finely chop the carrots using a shirishiri tool.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add carrots and fry.
Turn off the heat, add salt and mix.
Point
・In the video, I use 2 carrots, but you can use whatever amount you want.
・Cut the carrots into thin strips with a shirishiri tool to make them softer to the touch.
・If you don't have a shirishiri container, you can use a knife to shred it.
・Olive oil can be replaced with butter.
・If you want it to be soft, add water and stir-fry.
・If you like, you can add it to egg wash, fry it, and put sauce on it, or arrange it by tossing it with canned tuna, soy sauce, and ground sesame seeds.
