- plain yogurt : 200g
- 粉ゼラチン : 5g
- 水 : 30ml

Add the gelatin powder and water to a bowl and stir quickly to combine.
Soften at room temperature. -

カップアイスクリームを耐熱ボウルに移し、500wの電子レンジで2分加熱し、軽く泡立て器で混ぜて全て溶かす。
プレーンヨーグルトを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
1を500wの電子レンジで30秒加熱して溶かし、生地に加えて素早く混ぜる。 -

ダマが無くなりなめらかになったら型に流し入れ、軽く上げて落とすを3回繰り返して空気を抜く。
蓋をして、冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やし固めたら完成。
