- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)きび砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1

Thread the chikuwa onto the skewer

Heat a frying pan, add mayonnaise and 1, and fry.
Once browned, flip it over, and once both sides are browned, remove it from the oven. -

タレを絡める

フライパンを拭き取り、2を入れて弱火で煮詰める。
沸々したらちくわを戻し、揺らしながらタレを絡める。
全体にタレが絡んだら完成。
Point
・Use thick chikuwa.
・We use skewers that are 12cm long.
In step 4, heat while shaking to prevent burning.
