- 手羽中 : 300g
- 大根 : 7～8cm
- 醤油 : 大さじ2
- 酒 : 大さじ2
- みりん : 大さじ2

手羽中の下準備をする

手羽中の骨に沿って、筋を切りながら切り込みを入れて、骨と肉の間に指を入れて、2/3ほど肉を剥がす。
ボウルに(A)、手羽元を入れて混ぜる。 -

大根の下準備をする

大根を2cm幅に切り、角切りにする。

Heat a frying pan and add oil.
Leaving the seasonings from step 1 aside, place the chicken wings, skin side down, leaving the center open.
Put 2 in the center and bake.
Once the skin of the chicken wings is browned, mix everything together.
Add remaining seasonings.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. -

・大根は皮を剥かずに使用する。
