Ingredients
- eggplant : 3 bottles
- 大葉 : 7〜8枚
- スライスチーズ : 5枚
- Pork belly : 適量
- 塩胡椒 : 適量

Wash the eggplant and remove the stem.
Cut the eggplant into quarters. -

Place pork belly on cut surface of eggplant.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the perilla leaves in half and place on top.
Tear the cheese slice in half and place on top.
Place the eggplant slices together, cutting them side by side. -

Add oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan.
Place the eggplant from step 2 skin side down.
Cover and heat for 1 minute.
Add water (not included) and heat for 1 minute.
Flip it over, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat. -

Point
Use shiso leaves with the stems attached.
- If the shiso leaves are small, place 2 pieces on top of the eggplant.
-You can also make diagonal cuts in the skin of the eggplant.
・If you are serving a large group, you can cut it in half when plating.
・Seasoning is just salt and pepper for a delicious finish.
