茎をピーラーで皮を剥く。
茎を薄い輪切りにする。 -

Add salt and grated garlic, and toss lightly. -

Remove the lid and check if the broccoli is cooked through.
Add soy sauce and toss to coat.

Add sesame oil on top of the steamed soup and heat.
