- Raw noodles : 1 ball
- 白菜葉っぱ : 1枚
- 豚バラ肉 : 50g
- 水 : 400㏄
- (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 大さじ1
- (A)薄口醬油 : 小さじ1
- (A)みりん : 小さじ1
- Umami seasoning : 少量

Slice green onions for seasoning into rings.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into roughly 2cm pieces. -

Put water and Chinese cabbage in a pot and turn on the fire.
When the Chinese cabbage is cooked, add (A) and the pork belly.
Simmer until the pork belly is cooked through. -

In a separate pot of boiling water, add raw noodles and boil.
Drain the boiled noodles in a colander. -

Heat 3 again to warm the soup.
Add a small amount of umami seasoning to adjust the taste.

Finish by topping with chashu etc. as you like.
Point
・We recommend thinly slicing the pork belly.
・When adding pork belly, remove it while adding.
- Boil the soup until 400 cc of water becomes 350 cc.
・If using yakisoba noodles, add them directly to the soup pot and boil.
