  • きゅうり : 3本
  • 鶏むね肉 : 300g
  • (A) Alcohol : 小さじ1
  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • ごま油 : 小さじ2
  • (B) Kimchi : 150g
  • (B) Soy sauce : 小さじ1~2
  • 白ごま : 適量

Procedure

    鶏むね肉をバットに移し、(A)を加えて手で揉み込む。
    片栗粉を加えて、手で全体にまぶす。

    フライパンにごま油を入れて火にかける。
    温まったら、2を並べて入れて焼く。
    軽く焼き色がついたら裏返し、両面焼けたら(B)を加え、水分が無くなるまでよく炒める。
    水分が飛んだら火を止め、きゅうりを加えて軽く炒める。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 03:02

    お皿に盛り付け、白ごまを振りかけたら完成。
