Cut the green onions.
Place the sanchu, green onions, sesame seeds, and kimchi on a plate. -

Heat up a hot plate and grill the pork belly.
Once browned, cut into desired size with scissors.
Grill the kimchi next to the pork belly.
Once the pork belly is cooked, wrap the pork belly, kimchi, etc. in sanchu or sesame seeds and it's done.
Point
・Wash the sanchu and perilla with water and drain.
- Finely chop the green onions from Step 1 and reserve 20g.
・For the green onions used in step 2, chop the 20g left over from step 1 into small pieces.
・Grate the garlic and ginger.
・You can also make a delicious sauce with salt and sesame oil.
・It is best to use a hot plate that drains the oil that is released when grilling pork belly.
