- (A)砂糖 : 0～20g
- (B)ココアパウダー : 15g
- (B)おからパウダー : 20g
- (B)ベーキングパウダー : 3g

ボウルに絹豆腐を入れて、泡立て器などでなめらかになるまで混ぜる。
(A)を加えて泡立て器で混ぜる。
(B)を加えて混ぜる。 -

電子レンジで加熱する

Spread a cooking sheet in a heat-resistant container and pour step 1 into it.
Drop the heat-resistant container from above several times.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 5 minutes.
Discard any moisture that has accumulated at the bottom of the heat-resistant container and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Remove the dough and complete.

・絹豆腐は、ハンドミキサーで混ぜてもよい。
・甘味料は、カロリー・糖類ゼロのものを使用するとよい。
・耐熱容器にクッキングシートではなく、ラップを敷いてもよい。
・仕上げに粉糖をかけてもよい。
・甘味料や砂糖の分量はお好みで調整する。
