Ingredients

  • 鯖缶(水煮) : 1缶
  • 水 : 500cc
  • 酒 : ひと回し
  • しょうがスライス : 2~3枚
  • 塩 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • 白菜 : 1 ~2枚
  • えのき : 50g
  • なると : 適量
  • 餅 : 3個
  • 万能ねぎ : 適量
  • ゆずの皮 : 少々

  1. 1) 野菜を切る 01:32

    鍋に水を入れて火にかけ、しょうがスライス、鯖缶(汁ごと)、酒を加えて煮る。
    沸いてきたら、白菜、えのき、なるとを加えて煮る。
    白菜に火が通ったら塩、醤油を入れて、味見をしながら調整する。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 07:39

    器に2を盛り付け、ゆずの皮、万能ねぎを散らしたら完成。
