Ingredients

  • 合い挽き肉 : 160g

  • バター : 20g

  • 黒胡椒 : 適量
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

    玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。
    にんにくをみじん切りにする。

    Add the minced meat to a frying pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry until browned.

    Add onions and stir-fry, breaking up the minced meat.
