- もやし : 1パック(200g)
- (A)酢 : 大さじ5
- (A)はちみつ : 大さじ1
- (A)白だし : 大さじ1/2

もやしの下準備をする

もやしを水洗いし、水気を切る。
耐熱皿にもやしを入れる。
ラップを被せて、600Wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。 -

甘酢ダレを作る

1のラップを外す。
水気を切りながら2に加えて、袋の上から揉み込む。
袋の空気を抜いて、口をとじる。
冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やす。
保存容器に入れて完成。
Point
・簡単な工程で手軽に作れる。
・動画内では、もやしの袋に水を入れて水洗いしている。
・工程2で、袋をボウルに被せて調味料を入れると、工程が手早く進むためおすすめである。
・冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やす時間は所要時間に含まない。
