  • 冷凍パイシート : 1枚
  • 生クリーム : 50g
  • クリームチーズ : 100g
  • きび砂糖 : 15g
  • いちご : 2個

  1. 1) 冷凍パイシートを焼く 00:12

    冷凍パイシートをめん棒で20cm角の正方形に伸ばし、4等分にする。
    190度に予熱したオーブンで16分焼く。

  2. 2) クリームチーズの下準備をする 01:08

    ボウルにクリームチーズを入れて、ゴムベラでよく混ぜる。
    きび砂糖を加えて、よく混ぜる。

  3. 3) クリームを作る 01:46

    別のボウルに生クリームを入れて、ハンドミキサーで固めに泡立てる。
    2に生クリームを少量ずつ加えて、その都度ゴムベラで混ぜる。
    星口金をつけた絞り袋に入れる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 03:27

    いちごを細かく切る。
    1の中央を押して窪ませて、窪ませた生地を取り出す。
    窪ませた部分に3を絞り入れる。
    いちごを飾る。
    取り出した生地をちらす。
    粉糖をかけて完成。
