Ingredients
- beef slices : 3 pieces (approx. 300g)
- 小麦粉 : 約1カップ
- サラダ油 : 大さじ3(21g)
- 卵 : 3個
- 塩 : 少々(2g)
- 胡椒 : 少々
- 酢 : 大さじ2(16g)
- 濃口醤油 : 1 tablespoon (10g)
- 粗挽きとうがらし粉 : 大さじ1/3(3g)

小麦と卵液にまぶしてフライパンに入れて両面を焼いて完成。
Point
・You can substitute potato starch, corn flour, or buckwheat flour for wheat flour.
・If you use pancake flour or tempura flour instead of wheat flour, there is no need to add seasoning.
・We use shoulder loin for beef slices.
・Adjust the amount of coarsely ground chili powder to your preference.
・Do not use high heat when grilling.
