  • New burdock : 1 bottle (250g)
  • Chicken thigh : 300g
  • carrot : 1/3
  • Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Liquor : 2 tablespoons
  • sugar : 3 tbsp
  • vinegar : 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce : 3 tbsp
  • Gum : Appropriate amount
