Chop the green onions finely.
Thinly slice the ginger and finely chop the garlic.
Make a grid pattern in the thickest part of the gizzard. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and place over low-medium heat. Place the gizzards, cut side down, pressing down on them.
Bake for 5 minutes, then flip and bake for 3 minutes.
Add the green onions, ginger and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute, then add step 2 and stir fry for 1 minute and it's done.
Point
- Make diagonal cuts on the green onions from top to bottom, then chop them finely.
- By cutting the gizzards into a grid pattern, the texture improves and they cook more easily.
I recommend adding a lot of black pepper.
