    キャベツは芯を取って葉を全てはがし、葉についた太い茎の部分を切り落とす。
    水洗いしてキッチンペーパーである程度水分をふき取り、手で食べやすい大きさよりも少し大きめにちぎる。
    茎の部分は水洗いしてふき取り、薄くスライスする。
    きゅうりは両端を切り落とし、薄切りにする。
    にんじんは皮を剥き縦に薄くスライスし、重ねて細切りにする。
    生姜は皮を剥き薄くスライスしてから、細切りにする。
    唐辛子は半分に切って中の種を取り出し、輪切りにする。
    酢を600wで20秒加熱し、粗熱を取る。

  2. 2) 漬け込む 05:40

    Add cabbage, carrots, and cucumber to a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and mix well.
    Mix for about 1 minute and when the vegetables start to soften, add salt and mix again.
    Add the cut ingredients and (A) and mix thoroughly.
    Flatten the surface with plastic wrap, place a plate on top, add water in a plastic bottle, and let it soak for 30 minutes.
