小松菜、パプリカ、舞茸は食べやすい大きさに切る。
卵を溶きほぐしておく。 -

Cover and steam.
Simmer for 1 and a half minutes, then add soy milk.
Add the soup base and season with salt and pepper.
When it thickens and boils, add the beaten egg.
Cover and cook until the eggs are half-cooked.
