  • 合挽き肉 : 140g
  • 長ネギ : 1/2本(60g)
  • 牛脂 : 1個
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2と1/2
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (A)鰹粉 : 2g
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • 卵 : 1個

  1. 1) 下準備をする 02:36

    Cut the green onion diagonally.
    Drain the firm tofu and add it to the skillet.
    Place the minced meat and beef tallow in that order.
    Place the green onions around the minced meat.
    Add (A).

  2. 2) 煮る 05:21

    Heat 1 over high heat, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer.
    Break up the minced meat, cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Crack the eggs into a small plate and beat until done.

・スキレットではなく小さいフライパンでも作れる。
・鰹粉は鰹節で代用可能。
