Ingredients

  • 豚バラ肉 : 200g

  • (A)水 : 250ml
  • (B)片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • (B)水 : 大さじ1
  • ごま油 : 適量

    大根を1cm幅に輪切りにし、いちょう切りにする。
    ボウルに大根を入れる。
    豚バラ肉を食べやすい大きさに切る。
    ラップを敷いて、豚バラ肉を乗せて包む。
