- 豚ひき肉 : 300g
- (A) Ginger : 小さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
- 焼売の皮 : 1 bag (24 pieces)
- 小ネギ : 適量

Place the bean sprouts in a heat-resistant dish and rub them together.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. -

Add the bean sprouts while draining their water.
Mix while pressing down with a spatula. -
