- Shirataki : 1 large bag (300g)
- 豚ミンチ : 100g
- もやし : 1袋(200g)
- ニラ : 1/2束(50g)
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A)Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
- (A)Chicken soup base : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A) Round chili pepper : 少々
- 塩 : 適量
- 砂糖 : 適量

Procedure

Prepare the chives

Point
