- (A)醬油 : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ2
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2
- (A)おろしにんにく : 小さじ1/2
- (A)あごだし(4倍濃縮) : 小さじ1
- 米油 : 適量
- ブラックペッパー : 適量

Cut the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the fried tofu and pork into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pork chops in a plastic bag.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and potato starch over the pork and shake the plastic bag. -

Fry the pork chops until browned.
Add the fried tofu.
When the fried tofu is browned, add (A).
Stir in the sauce until it thickens.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Transfer to a plate and top with the chopped green onions from step 1.
Point
・If you sprinkle potato starch on the meat, it will not become tough over time.
-If you want to reduce sugar content, use natural sweeteners.
・After adding the pork, spread it out to prevent uneven cooking.
・If you notice a lot of oil while grilling the pork, remove the excess oil with kitchen paper.
・You can also use mentsuyu instead of agodashi.
