- パスタ : 1人前
- 刻み海苔 : 適量
- 油 : 大さじ1
- Water (pre-order) : 100cc
- クリームシチューの素 : 大さじ2
- 醤油 : 大さじ1/2
- めんつゆ : 大さじ1
- バター : 10g
- 黒胡椒 : 適量
- 水(後入用) : 100cc
