Ingredients
- Chinese cabbage : 1/8 piece
- 豚ひき肉 : 200g
- 長ネギ : 1/2本
- 水 : 300ml
- 米油 : 適量
- ニンニク : 小さじ1
- 生姜 : 小さじ1
- 豆板醤 : 小さじ1
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- 鶏ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A)Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sweet noodle sauce : 大さじ1
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (B) Potato starch : 大さじ2
- (B) Water : 大さじ2
- 黒胡椒 : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量
- ご飯 : 適量

Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the Chinese cabbage in a colander.
Make diagonal cuts in the green onions and chop them finely. -

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add the ground pork, spread it out and brown it.
Turn off the heat, add ginger, garlic, green onion, and bean sauce and stir-fry.
Add the ground pork back in.
Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry.
Add salt, pepper and chicken stock and stir.
Add (A) and stir-fry.
Add water and sugar and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the mixed (B).
Stir over high heat and thicken.
Add black pepper and sesame oil and mix. -

Pour 2 on top of the rice and complete.
Point
・For garlic, I use minced garlic.
・Grate the ginger.
・If you don't like spicy food, reduce the amount of bean sauce to 1/2 teaspoon.
・We use Shaoxing wine.
・If you don't have sweet soy sauce, you can use regular miso.
・Adjust the thickness of the ankake to your liking.
・You can eat it with vinegar if you like.
