土鍋に水洗いして水切りした米、水を入れて、20分浸水する。
大さじ1の水を取り出す。
みりんを加える。
生姜、にんじんの順に広げて乗せる。
蓋をして、炊飯する。
土鍋から湯気が出始めたら、弱火にして10分蒸らして完成。

・動画内でにんじんは180g使用している。
・にんじんはすりおろしてもよい。
・にんじん、生姜は皮ごと使用している。
・生姜はお好みの量使用する。
・炊飯器を使用する場合は、水を大さじ3ほど取り出すとよい。
